I post at several fanfic sites under this same username. Progress in my ongoing Potter story on fanfiction dot net has ground to a halt in recent months, so I'm wading into some HP LJ to see if responding to some prompts can get my creative juices flowing a bit.

Since it evidently needs to be stated somewhere on my page, yes, I am over 18 years old. (I left 18 behind over a decade ago!)

Yep, one and the same! I've sporadically checked in on the Humpday community for several months, I think after first reading about it while browsing your page. I checked in today and saw the fest was underway, and figured it would be a stress and pressure-free way to try it out.

On a related note, I think I might take a crack at your Harry/Katie prompt over the next couple of days.

Haha. I would not be opposed to writing more Harry/Parvati if the prompt interested me, but I wouldn't say I necessarily favor that pairing over any other. I just like to read (and write) stories that feature Harry. I'm not picky about who he's paired up with. Pretty much any female from canon works for me, aside from McGonagall, Pomfrey and Mrs. Weasley.

I've scrolled through the rest of the list of prompts, and it's yours that are really jumping out at me. Your Harry/Katie, Harry/Daphne and Lavender are all ones that I would like to fill if I have time. I think I'll start with Harry/Daphne, as it fits in nicely with a prompt I was going to make myself.
